    ABC developing 'Cavemen'
Comedy pilot based on Geico ads

"Cavemen" will revolve around three pre-historic men who must battle prejudice as they attempt to live as normal thirtysomethings in modern Atlanta.

    It's already been done:

Sing with me: "It's about time, it's about space, it's about time to slap your face . . ."

Too bad Phil Hartman is no longer with us. He's have a starring role as their attorney friend.

Unfrozen Caveman Lawyer: "Your world frightens and confuses me."

    Dear heavens.

Dust off all the ALF scripts and replace him with the AFLAC mascot.

I would so watch any TV show or film based on any Geico commercial (ok, the wreck-causing squirrels would be a stretch, but still...)

I love the caveman commercials...but I don't know if I'd watch this show or not.

We have high school with Cavemen as the mascot. Not surprisingly, there have been a few predictable headlines after victories.

The Geico caveman commercials are some of the funniest things on TV.

The caveman in therapy is the best. "It's my mother. I'll put her on speaker." Makes me laugh every single time.

The newer one with the cavemen on the roof is pretty fucking funny too.

The funniest part of the one where the caveman is going through the airport is that he has a tennis racket in his travel bag.

No. The funniest part is that if you call my home number, you can hear the song on my answering machine -- plus an appropriately worded outgoing message.
