    They're not. They're doing 2 games over 3 days.

Good thing I saw the show before I read the thread... thanks for the spoilers, everyone.

Watson knew there were going to be spoilers on this thread.

The questions weren't as difficult as I had anticipated for this group of contestants. We'll see about tomorrow...

Doesn't take Watson to figure out that a thread about Watson on Jeopardy will talk about what Watson did on Jeopardy.

At one point Watson recited the same (failed) answer given by Ken Jennings.

    A glitch, perhaps? :)

Yea, Ken's answer was the top choice among Watson's top three. Obviously, Watson doesn't react to previous answers by the other two, so he just rings in and gives his top answer.

Should be perfect material for Celebrity Jeopardy this week on SNL. Trebek making fun of Watson and Watson and Connery going crazy and trying to kill Trebek.

They said that messages were sent to Watson in text form as Alex read that. I assume that means Watson has no ability to process sounds -- so he can't react to answers.

Yes. Trebek stated in the beginning that Watson cannot see or hear, so it would have no idea that it was repeating an answer.
