You are too goddamn young to declare that. What were you, three when Vision Quest came out?

Vision Quest doesn't hold a candle to Night of The Comet in terms of epic awesome cheese.

The image of him snorting, cutting to the Rigdemont defender shaking in his boots, was the best.

Too bad the ultimate set of tools didn't pan out.

  4. I used to have the soundtrack on LP. Great stuff.

    -----------------------------

THE STYLE COUNCIL: SHOUT TO THE TOP
    MADONNA: GAMBLER
DON HENLEY: SHE'S ON THE ZOOM

    RED RIDER: LUNATIC FRINGE
SAMMY HAGAR: I'LL FALL IN LOVE AGAIN
    FOREIGNER: HOT BLOODED
    MADONNA: CRAZY FOR YOU

Lunatic Fringe is on my Shuffle that I listen to when I exercise. It always takes me right to the scene of Modine warming up in the side gym before having to wrestle Shute. The adrenaline gets going and BAM!, I have to stop because of a cramp.

I saw a comedian ages ago who said, "Phoebe Cates is so hot that half the male population gets hard when they hear the Cars "Moving in Stereo"

Night of the Comet had one redeeming quality - Catherine Mary Stewart. Yum.

In terms of epic, awesome 80s cheese and awful movies, we must not forget:
    Howard the Duck
    or
    Earth Girls Are Easy

It's not the six minutes, it's what you do with the six minutes.

I know he was a little bit on the short side, but how the hell did Shute weigh only 168 pounds or whatever t was?

The guy carried trees on his back up stadium steps! He was huge. He was at least 200 pounds.
