In any case, a sad, sad tale for Big Vinny B. Just when you thought he had gotten back into shape, the damned disease strikes its ugly head.

 

I was going to ask if that was wicked's home page too. Damn you zebra! fucking newbie!

Sad stuff about Vin. I remember when he was the guy coming out of nowhere (i.e. U of Hartford). I wonder how much of his trouble stems from being unprepared for the big time.

 

I always thought this guy was damn good when I was younger. What a shame.

 

I've never met the man, but I've heard he's a good guy. Shame what's happened to him.

 

He was a phenomenal player until about his second year in Seattle.

Gee, life's not so bad. Baker was able to plead down to reckless driving sted of DUI.

 

I went to the same high school as Vin Baker, and went to his basketball camp in 8th grade.

That's all I got.

 

I covered Baker and he was one of the nicest kids I ever covered. It's a real shame he got into drinking and was one of those people prone to alcohol addiction. I hope he can kick it.

 

How do you know he was one of those people prone to alcohol addiction? Are you a doctor or counselor?
