    If I understand the protocol in these types of situations, we should not be offering thoughts and prayers, right?

    But, should we be scorning those who do?

    That last part of the Arthur tweet is weird. Sounds like he is angrier at what he believes the response will be to the incident than the incident itself. Like he’s mitigating the actions of the driver.
