    Due to a rash of unforeseen circumstances, both personal the professional, the Norwalk Hour newspaper is in urgent need for a freelancer to cover a Babe Ruth 14-year-old State Tournament game today in New London, Conn.

    Game between Norwalk and Stamford begins at 5:30 p.m., at Mercer Field, in New London.
