Unexpectedly good soundtracks

    That soundtrack meshed with the times/situations almost perfectly. Forrest running in tune with "Against the Wind" was a really poignant scene for me. Dude had a pretty sweet playoff beard, too. :D

    I still think the gold standard for soundtracks is Top Gun The Committments

    Definitely second on Tin Cup. Some really good Chris Isaac and Bruce Hornsby in there.

    Great book
    Horrible movie.
    Great soundtrack by K.D. Lang.

    The Crow -- Medicore movie, excellent goth/metal/alt soundtrack

    City of Angels -- I think my affection stems mostly from the Alanis track though

    "The Devils Rejects" -- Yes, the Rob Zombie movie. Amazing, amazing classic rock selections.
