UF student Tasered after questioning John Kerry

Make sure you watch till the end, when he's handcuffed on the ground and then they Taser him anyway. Yeah, the guy was pushing his point at the mike, but that's what a public forum is for.

 

Didn't something like this happen last year in California, at a library?

 

What's funny -- or sad -- is that Kerry just stood on the stage and let it unfold.

Then, after the guy is down and Tasered, he says: "I'll answer the question."

And by then it's too late. Kerry should have called for order and settled the situation down.

 

That's obscenely bad.

 

I wmuch preferred dealing with city police than UPD when I was in college for reasons like this. At my school, the UPD was quick to break out the pepper spray and tasers for not much.

 

Holy shit.

Until I saw the video, I found it hard to believe that Kerry was questioned by a UF student. I understand now.

 

I hereby make the motion that the 'only in...' lines die out. Apparently only 10 of us get the reference, and it's not worth the questions on EVERY THREAD.

 

That's complete horse shit, and I hope it hits mainstream so those rookie-ass cops can get fired. I completely disagree with what the kid was getting at, he was being over the top, but he in no way deserved to be tasered by a bunch of power-hungry little pussy university cops.
