Wasn't he a regular on "Moonlighting", too? I seem to remember him as Miss Dipesto's squeeze who serenaded her with "Sexual Healing".

William Zabka had a nice run as the prick bully in Karate Kid, Just One of the Guys and Back To School. And I had to IMDB it ... Booger is Curtis Armstrong. Loved him as Miles, Cusack's burnout buddy in Better Off Dead.
