I'd say the police had more than enough cause to open fire. They certainly weren't the first ones to behave like murderous idiots that day.
I have zero, none sympathy for any of these bikers caught up in the crossfire, dead, wounded, jailed or otherwise inconvenienced. At Waco or anywhere else.
And fuck their logos, their colors, their code etc. They don't have the right to shoot up a public place because someone with the wrong vest walked into the wrong bar.

So, fuck the Constitution, I don't like these guys. The prosecutors had the same attitude and all the bad guys went free.

Heck, the HA and Mongols opened gunfire on each other in a casino in Laughlin, Nev.

Many of the people who drafted the constitution thought slavery was cool and the sun was the center of the universe.

When they wrote free speech, they had no idea about a global platform for speech.

When they talked about the right to bear arms, they had guns that could kill about a person a minute from close range.

At some point people need to start thinking about putting some limits on this thing.

There is already limits in it when they wrote it. Women and slaves certainly didn’t have the same rights as white men.

Not really. A lot of those guys were in jail for months.

I hear you about guns. I strongly disagree with you about free speech which is one of the things the founding fathers got absolutely right. Yes they fucked up on slavery.

Most countries, including western democracies, do not have unchecked free speech.

I hear you about free speech, but right now it is causing more harm than good when you think about all the shit being spewed in social media that is filling the less educated voting minds.

Maybe spreading false info on social media can be a criminal offense? Someone like Alex Jones enjoyed the first amendment way too long for my taste.

Agreed. Jones is the perfect character to test our belief in the First Amendment. Not unlike the Westboro Baptist Church, which, by the way, seems to be less active since its patriarch of paranoia died.
