Trolling for (good, free) ideas

    It hasn't happened to me . . . yet. But I'm in the midst of an interview process during which I pitched at least three ideas.

    Based on the favorable reactions of the interviewers, I fear, no, I'm certain, they'll all be done by me or whoever else gets the job.

    There are ideas, and there are IDEAS. In my case, one significant thing that I suggested was almost immediately put into place. Now if I was smart enough to come up with that idea that you liked, why not hire me? Jackasses.
