    I'd like to congratulate Mike on his promotion. When you are APSE 2nd VP, you are in charge of the newsletter. Back then, we did it both print and online. I had the pleasure of working with Mike, who was the newsletter designer. He's both innovative and hard-working. I got to know him more during APSE meetings as he moved up the ranks at the Trib and found him to be a good all-around journalist. Many good wishes to Mike and Dan McGrath on the promotion!
