    The '96 game was pre-BCS. Totally different animal considering that it was the Sugar Bowl officials, and not a compilation of human polls and computer rankings, that mandated the rematch.

    I'm against rematches period. Always have and always will. As I've said before, if you consider the college football regular season to be a tournament, then you should not get a second chance (this applies to conference championship games as well) to beat a team.

    And wait till next year when he has a real QB (helloooooo, Josh Portis!) to go with some solid RB's, and young WR's. I see them at least duplicating this year's success, perhaps doing even better.
