Yankeefan, you had some interesting thoughts on plagiarism on the JTO thread.

Me, too. Instead of some bullshit like this.

    You're funny Mark.

The best defense is a good offense. Is that always your strategy?

No one thought I was trying to pass those words off as my own. You know that. It was clearly not my voice.

But, I'm glad you're keeping up with my posts. It's always so hard to do the same with you. You've posted under so many handles and some of them have nuked.

And, you still didn't answer my question? Are you a working journalist? I've never seen "Mark McGwire" make reference to his career.

You're probably at some big city metro, right?

Guys, this is a major world event that I'd like us to be able to discuss without the mods locking the thread. ... Please, everyone, can we keep this civil?

As for the attack, I don't know how I feel about it. Regime change is always a sketchy proposition. Who knows if democracy will be successful in Libya even if Gaddafi is out of here. The old devil you know vs. devil you don't debate.

Twenty-some posts in and no one has asked to fix the title? It's "Tomahawks" not "Torpedos."

"You say Khadaffi, I say Qaddafi. Let's call the whole thing off!"

For the record, YF, I had no idea that was the President. I thought it was you.

If Obama bombs one more country, we all get free pizza from Papa John's. Come on, Obama!

OK. I've amended the post to indicate that those were the words of Presidential candidate Barack Obama.

Since they launched over 100 missiles, do we all get a free chalupa?
