Just need some of your help on this, especially buckweaver's:

I'm about to start coaching this 18-year-old to pitch. He hasn't played ball since freshman year in HS, but he's been throwing a lot lately and has the itch to play D-III ball in New Jersey. He's a 6'1" righty with long arms, fingers and a lean, muscular frame (calm down, SC ;)), and I'm trying to find a few close matches at the MLB level for him to study mechanics.

Here's a general list of guys with good mechanics that I've assembled, using the requirements of: a mechanically-sound, repeatable delivery, above-average K/BB ratio and no major arm surgeries in the last six years. Win-loss records aren't very important, but ERA, WHIP and opposing BA are.

    Roger Clemens Johan Santana
    Greg Maddux Joe Nathan
    Tom Glavine Dan Haren
    Mariano Rivera Roy Halladay (??)
    John Smoltz Roy Oswalt
    Brandon Webb Trevor Hoffman

It feels like I'm forgetting quite a few guys, though. Any help?
