    It changed the outcome because Syracuse ended up with one more point than it earned, correct? Did it change who would have won or lost? Who knows? But you cannot deny it changed the outcome. A touchdown is worth six points. An extra point one. Syracuse was given seven points for only a touchdown. That means the outcome was changed because the final score is not an accurate reflection of how may points Syracuse actually scored.
