Today's stupid criminal

    Guy calls the police department from a stolen cell phone. The cell phone was in a purse he stole from a woman after asking to bum a smoke.

    She reported the theft 90 minutes before he made the call.

    Guy's a real bright one.

    Thing that caught my eye was that I like the newspaper's policy of not printing the names of someone accused of a crime until they are charged.
