    No. Though there is talk of selling it to a state-run commission, which owns and operates U.S. Cellular Field.

    Zell better not worry about his popularity, if he sells naming rights....

    Zell is not worried about his popularity. Not when a guy is regularly called a "vulture investor."

    If the state plays ball with someone as real-estate savvy as Zell regarding gaining control of the field, it is going to get its balls removed and served with a plate of its pecker. The taxpayers are Illinois are going to be paying through the nose for the enormous upkeep costs at Wrigley. And I believe it's no sure thing that the state would control the land as well -- didn't the Wrigleys or somebody own that separately?
