I give the Dallas PD credit for doing their best to sweep that one under the rug.

Any chance that manslaughter charge gets upgraded to Murder 2?

 

Wondering what her blood tests will show although depending what drug or drugs show up it won’t necessarily mean she was high on them at the moment of the shooting. Still, the conflicting reports from the police report to the search warrant and the witness statements of them hearing knocking and someone yelling “let me in!” make murder 2 still a very viable option.
