    the first half-hour is worthwhile in an election year. moreso now with fey a slam-dunk as palin. too easy a slam-dunk for fey/snl to resist.

    I agree. I've laughed for the first 30 minutes straight. That's not the norm. At all. And I've watched this show religiously for 20-plus years.

    The musical on the boat was funny.
