    OK, so TMZ has nailed some pretty good scoops lately. And it's been hinted on posts on SportsJournalists.com that TMZ is paying for some of the scoops.

    Any thoughts on how they go about this? Did the ambulance driver or a hospital orderly in the Michael Jackson saga tip 'em and TMZ paid? Did they pay someone for the pic of McNair and his GF? How much do you think they're shellin' out for that kinda stuff?
