Just that he didn't want to go out losing his last All-Star Game.

As smarmy Buck said, "It wasn't exactly win one for the Gipper."

He asked if anyone wanted to blow off the All Star game and go fishin. Somehow, Adam LaRoche, who's not an All Star, raised his hand. And the two of them put on sleeveless camo shirts and hauled ass.

    Weird.

Smarmy though it was, he was right. That speech looked pretty made-for-TV. And since Jones isn't a made-for-TV guy, it showed.

The booing over the Home Run Derby has got to go. Didn't like it when Arizona fans did it to Prince Fielder last year, don't like K.C. fans doing it to Robinson Cano.

If you had "bottom of the 1st" in your "When Is Joe Buck going to complain about the length of the game" pool, collect your winnings.

"It would be the second inning by now in any other All-Star Game."

    What a douche.

Joe Buck behind the mic. Vin Scully at home. What's wrong with this picture?

They are? Shit. Maybe we ought to start covering them?

Correct me if I'm wrong: This holds up, four WS games in DC this fall, right?

    Nat on the mound now.
