    There's another site that may be closed that erases Garfield's thought bubbles but leaves him in. Achieves much the same result.

    (and is it a sign that I've spent too much of my life covering high school sports in Virginia that when I typed Garfield, I instinctively typed Gar-Field at first?)

    When I was in high school, a provably, demonstrably hot girl dated me because I read Garfield.

    (She's still hot, BTW.)
