Seriously, though, I have known some decent strippers in my time. My roommate at my last stop and I would go to this seedy joint all the time, not for the strippers, but because they actually served drinks at normal prices and it was close to our apartment. As strippers, the girls were pretty terrible. They had to have been broke, because they would just hang out with us and never ask us to buy lap dances. We even hung out with them outside the club, which was a major violation of the stripper code. Some of them were as fucked up as you would expect them to be, but others were just regular-ass people trying to get by.

 

Just sayin.
