Recently Susie Q and Sterling have taken to complaining about long games to the point of annoyance.

Note to suzyn - suck it up- its your job - big fucking deal-- so you have to do a 4 hour game instead of three. There are a lot worse jobs in life.

No, bringing me in would crash the board. Bringing you in would just give them a new last-place team. :)

    Suzyn was a decent actress.

That's the old Miochael Kay ting. At end of games he'd say "And the time of the game was an unmanageable 3 hours, 23 minutes" or an unaccpetable 3:45, he even used "unbearable" for some of those 4+ hour Yankee debacles.

If you find calling a game unbearable, get the hell out of the booth.

Kay uses 3 hours for the benchmark. As in, if the game ends in 2:59, it's manageable. If it ends in 3:01, it's unmanageable.

And listening to Kay for even two innings is unbearable.

Well said spnited - sounds like something Harry Carey or Red Barber would have said ,

"If you find calling a game unbearable, get the hell out of the booth."

Could not find the audio but Waldman had another Roger Clemens moment the other night. She was doing post game when Marcus Thames got his walk off pie.

She screeched "Oh my God there goes the first pie of the season"

Just plain embarrassing for Yankee fans.

Marcus got his fingers into her pie yet?

    Oh my goodness gracious!!!

They are the reason this Yankees fan cannot listen to Yankees games when he's in the car.

I can find fault with anyone but I like Suzyn far, far, far, far better than Sterling. At least she's herself.
