Here's a dandy question...and it will take you awhile.

Which presidents have been portrayed in movies? Name one of the movies in which they were portrayed.

Note that I said portrayed, not appeared. Jimmy Carter wouldn't count in "Miracle," for example. George W. Bush doesn't count for appearing in "Fahrenheit 9/11." He would count for Oliver Stone's upcoming movie entitled "W," though.

Also: The portrayal can occur before or after they are president. For a couple presidents, this is key.

    Good luck.

I'm not going to get them all, but I'll start off with two: "JFK" is an obvious one and then I'm assuming Eisenhower was portrayed at some point in "The Longest Day."

Gary Sinese (spell) was Truman, right?

  8. OK, here we go.

    Nixon, "Nixon"
    LBJ, a brief "JFK" cameo
    Kennedy, "PT 109"
    Andrew Jackson, "The Buccaneer"
    Jefferson, "Jefferson In Paris"
Teddy Roosevelt, "Wind and the Lion"
    FDR, "Pearl Harbor"
If TV movies count, Truman in "Truman"
Ulysses S. Grant, "Wild Wild West"
George Bush, "Naked Gun 2 1/2"
Abraham Lincoln, "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure"
Reagan, "Back To The Future II" as a video waiter at the 80s nostalgia diner
If cartoons count, Clinton in "Beavis and Butt-Head Do America"

That's all I've got for now.

Jefferson, Adams and Washington in '1776.'
Although I'm not sure Washington was a character in the movie.

Clinton in Beavis and Butthead does indeed count. But I don't think the Reagan does.

  12. I think Reagan was in Hot Shots 1 or 2... one of em.

That's really all I can come up with without resorting to Googling.
