    According to several media reports, not only was Supreme Adjudicator Tony Dungy interviewed for the team president job, and offered it, but also was invited by the Seahawks to be present when they interviewed Leslie Frazier (whom Dungy says he would have hired -- make of that what you wish.) In other words it was not Carroll's job from the start and the Frazier interview was not a sham.

    Yeah, that's pretty bad.
    First I've heard of it, and it certainly casts a negative light on the mission statement of the competition committee.
    Interesting story.

    Bill Polian needs to be taken off the committee. Forget addressing the existing problem with draft picks or punitive measures. Remove his stubborn ass from the competition committee.
