Interesting thread to look back at.

‘Every time a man or woman hurts each other that's what it looks like, and it's ugly and what I'm trying to accomplish is to stop that from happening.

So he back-hand whacks her several times then gets her glasses off the floor and she puts 'em on like no big whoop?

    That is one strange video.

She can take a punch or three.

Charges dropped after he paid a fine. The next time some Greg Hardy comes along with charges dropped let’s try and remember this video. Dropped charges doesn’t mean he didn’t do it

That was really disturbing. Seeing him pick the glasses up and help her to her feet might have been the most disturbing part. It's too bad people who abuse domestic partners, or abuse aren't tattooed somewhere, like we do animals to let people know they've been spayed or neutered.

    And they're still together? Jeez.

We talked about this during the Ray Rice stuff. For most partners, getting away from their abuser also means fleeing a lifestyle they have grown accustomed to and opting for uncertainty. Reporting abuse or testifying against a partner means harming his professional status/ability to put food on the table for the family. More than a few women have opted to accept the occasional abuse if it meant keeping a roof over the heads of their children.

Maybe she could pay someone on the side to kick his ass somewhere and make it look random.

Could be a nice little cottage industry for former linebackers and hockey goons defensemen.

  10. Bit of an understatement ...

This sounds like it could be a series on Showtime or FX.
