    Yup, that seems right. Might as well deliver a lighter sentance, you know, because how are these college students to know that fire is dangerous? These prosecutors are very wise to recognize that the real problem is in the lack of idiot proof systems setup.

    Cool. So if I indiscriminately shoot bullets into the air and kill three people, I should serve only a few months because those people did not have adequately sufficient bullet-proof hats?

    Maybe it is possible that you sue the state because they didn't properly distribute bullet proof hats.
