    To be fair, Fresno is 10 minutes from Tahoe; everywhere else is 15.

    A few weeks ago, I stumbled upon some magazine's list of the country's worst cities, probably on the Yahoo home page. Looking it over, that's when I first thought of the Cal League standings line.
