    The Wilton Villager and The Stamford Times, two weekly newspapers in Fairfield County Connecticut, have an immediate opening for a sports editor. This is a solid entry position for a recent college graduate with experience in sports writing and Quark. It’s also is a good position for an experienced sports writer ready to run his or her own show. The successful candidate must be willing to work hard, juggle multiple assignments and manage a team of freelancers. The Wilton Villager and the Stamford Times have a combined circulation of 30,000.     The subject head is a little misleading. You're not writing for the daily, you're writing for weeklies owned by the daily.

  5. Well, a friend's family sponsored a kid from Save the Children and checked "area with most need" and got a kid from Birdgeport. True story.
