Sweetheart, there are 32 grams of sugar in the tomato paste alone. This is NOT a healthy recipe.

Dang it, Flash, I was going to post my super-duper mac & cheese recipe ... but the nutritional value disqualifies me. ;)

Yeah, no disrespect to S-chick my pal. But if I'm eatin' Mac and Cheese, I don't want to worry about the nutrition.
I do love some nutritional chili. My veggie chili was voted tops in the land by a panel of esteemed judges.

I hope you mean ground CUMIN, because there is no way I am tasting that chili otherwise.

Wow, whoops ... that's a huge typo ... yes, I did mean cumin. Hahaha.

Yeah, I would hate to have someone right in the middle of that recipe and their kids walk into the kitchen.

Here's another one I really like

    Smoky Citrus Pork Kabobs
Serves 4; Prep: 15 min; Grill: 12 min

1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    1/3 cup smokey barbecue sauce
    1/3 cup orange marmalade
    2 Tbsp prepared horseradish

    1. Heat grill to medium-hot. Tread tenderlin cubes onto skewers.
    2. Stir together remaining ingredients for basting sauce
    3. Place kabobs on grill; brush generously with basting sauce. Grill and turn to brown evenly, brushing frequently with sauce, just until barely pink at center, about 10 to 12 minutes.

Alternative: Alternate seasonal vegetables and fruit on the skewers with the pork, if desired

Per serving (one skewer without fruit or veggies)
    220 cal, 24 g pro, 21 g car, 2 g fib, 4 g fat

I'm making some cornbread with grated cheddar in it, and I greased the pan with bacon drippings. I guess that wouldn't qualify. The chili is probably low-fat, though.

Probably not healthy indeed. But, damnnnnnnnnnnnn, it sounds good.
