    LOS ANGELES (Oct. 19) - A Republican congressional candidate said Thursday that he was not personally involved in sending a letter warning Hispanic immigrants they could go to jail or be deported if they vote next month, a mailing that prompted a state investigation.

    When you're the party in power, you tend to attract all sorts of idiots, cretins and crooks, who want in on the spoils. It's kind of like people jumping on the bandwagon once a team is winning. Hence you get the sort of stuff like this moron urging Hispanics not to vote...
