The First SJ.com Choice Awards

So now that all those "official" awards like the Emmys, Grammys, Oscars and APSE, it's time for us on the board to crown our favorites. Some categories are fun (like mocking People's Sexiest (Wo)Man Alive, others could be serious.

I think an appropriate name for the award itself would be a Fnord, as in, Diabeetus won the Fnord for Sexiest Man Alive.

Have fun and enjoy the debate. Please be civil so the thread doesn't get locked. If you don't like a category, don't vote in it. The word "New" refers to something released in 2007.

Send your votes to me via PM or to the e-mail address: fnordawards@gmail.com. Voting closes at midnight (central time) this Sunday.

How many of those awards are going to be given during the live telecast? And, how many given during "In awards ceremonies previous to this evening..."

There is no such thing as "First annual"

And that is merely one reason to DTGDTN!

And you should add Dumbest SJ Thread of the Year because there are 100s of candidates, including this one.

I like to start sentences with "Personally, I ..." or "Needless to say, ..."

I used to work with a guy who would end all his basketball headlines with "on the court." Good times.
