No It is not all trump’s fault. Beginning with Gingrich and the illegitimacy of Bill Clinton’s presidency on through today, it’s been a right wing attack on socially liberal America. These are the same people who still want birth control restricted to married women only. See Griswold v Conn.

Voted early in SC for Biden and Jamie Harrison. Just barely got registered on 10/3 after we moved here on 9/28.

When what you said happened, there were a few peaceful protests. In the past couple of years -- in Trump's America -- there is violence, rioting, looting, racism, national guard and all the bullshit Trump does. It is ALL on him.

It’s a continuum. Christian Conservatives have made this a shithole country. There’s no respectful discourse, no civility. Just Christians who think they are right about everything, and everyone else. Gingrich and Rush started it, Trump,is just the natural progression of predictable evil.

It's five now. It would be more if I wasn't so slow on my phone.

The reason there seem to be "more" now is because the Floyd death galvanized a national movement --- in large part because of the imagery.

And because it's such a great way to call something "Trump's America."

Ferguson-Baltimore-Dallas-New York-Charlotte et al were never called "Obama's America"

    Because it wasn't. It's America. It's America in 2014, 2015, 2016 . . . and 2020 and 2021.

Absolutely this. Trump is not the disease; he is simply its most grotesque symptom.

You know it's being called his America because he tried to use images of the unrest to claim it will be "Joe Biden's America," when it is already happening under his stewardship, right?

Nonsense. Social media was filled with "Trump's America" captions long before a single Democratic candidate announced.

Trouble at the border? Trump's America.
    ICE detains someone? Trump's America.
Racist asshole does racist asshole thing? Trump's America.
