    Bobby Bonilla, Vince Coleman, Bret Saberhagen, Frank Viola, Robby Alomar, Carlos Baerga

    Bonilla was overrated and did nothing else in his career after he left the Mets.

    A case could be made for Saberhagen, who did OK once he got with the Sox.

    Baerga was playing on empty at that point in his career.

    Millwood, while not a FA aquisition, was a pretty bad fit in Philadelphia.

    Also, Hampton as a Rockie was pretty god awful. Yeah, bad signing by Colorado, but bad signing by Hampton to think he'd be lights out there.

    Here's a refresher: Whitson went to New York, bombed, then did OK for himself once leaving.

    Bonilla doesn't fit that description, neither does Baerga.

    Hampton, Renteria and Weaver are the best examples I've seen so far. Drew could be if he does get shipped out of town to make way for Brandon Moss.

    Either way, Rodriguez does not belong on this thread. More proof of how silly some Yankee fans get.
