Speaking of that, the Lions are supposedly trying to sign another former Buc, Michael Pittman.

    Yea, that makes perfect sense.

And some idiots on a Lions fan board I just went to think this could be a precursor to the Lions trading Roy Williams and the No. 15 pick to Dallas for Marion Barber and Dallas' two first rounders.

Those fans must have went to the Matt Millen General Manager School. ::)

Clearly, Millen's plan is to draft Colt Brennan.

They don't call Detroit the place where WRs go to die for nothing.

Hey, Bill Schroeder was a 1,000-yard receiver with the Packers before his career faded in Detroit :)

I actually want to see what he could do as a full-time guy, but that's just the Badger fan in me.

How about having what was it? 31 turnovers and 63? 64 sacks in 2006?

    More comical reading.

ESPN's Mark Schlereth says the Lions will go 9-7 this season. Wonder if he wants to rethink that?

Oh and good to see Starman is ok. I was getting worried there for a minute. :D

Remember when Skip said the Lions would go 10-6? Then they lost like five straight and didn't make the playoffs.
