New questions about the autopsy of Marlon Brown. He is the Florida man struck and killed by a police car. The medical examiner ruled his death an accident, and the officer behind the wheel is not facing any criminal charges. But Brown's family is calling it an execution and demanding justice.

There are new details in one family's fight for justice. After a grand jury decided not to indict a Deland Police Officer who ran Marlon Brown over, Brown's family along with their attorney are calling for an independent investigation. They say the autopsy report drafted by the Medical Examiner's office is inaccurate.

"At best it was inaccurate, and it was done unintentional, at worst it was intentional, and it was some conspiracy to deceive the truth from this family," said Benjamin Crump, Brown Family Attorney.

How does one deceive the truth? Does the truth not know what the truth is?

Sounds like they'll only trust an "independent" investigation that comes to the conclusion they've come to without investigating at all.
