The lyrics to "Back Door Man" are freaking genius. I need to drag out one of my Doors CDs stat and listen to their cover.

Anyway, a gas station we passed
We got gas and went on to get grub
It was a nice little pub in the middle of nowhere
    Anywhere would have been better
I ordered enchiladas and I ate 'em
    Ali had the fruit punch
When we finished we thought for ways to get back
    I had a hunch
    Ali said, "Pay for lunch"

This will probably piss Fenian off.

EDIT: I just came across that HW clip on YouTube and listened to it. I also found this Willie Dixon clip.

Willie Dixon's the man. You probably already know, but he, not The Wolf, does the recitation at the beginning of each verse in "Goin' Down Slow."

Bob Dylan wishes he was half the songwriter Willie Dixon was. :D

Buffett could put out an album of food-related songs.

The Peanut Butter Conspiracy, Great Filling Station Holdup (mentions Krystal), I Will Play For Gumbo, Creola (another gumbo mention), Blue Heaven Rendezvous (ode to a famous Key Wet restaurant), He Went to Paris (French wines and cheeses), Death of an Unpopular Poet (steak and bacon), The Wino and I Know (lobster) and, of course, Cheeseburger in Paradise.

    Bocephus represents ...

I can plow a field all day long
I can catch catfish from dusk till dawn
We make our own whiskey and our own smoke too
Ain’t too many things these ole boys can’t do
We grow good ole tomatoes and homemade wine
And a country boy can survive

"Skin a buck and run a trotline" is also food related.
