Based on his IMDB list, his last good movie was Bowfinger in 1999.

    That was 1997.

That movie he made with Queen Latifah was a hit financially, but completely sucked. So did Cheaper by the Dozen. A horrible take on one of my favorite books as a kid. Pink Panther was up there with Dukes of Hazzard as one of the worst movies I've ever seen in a theater.

The movie coming out with Baldwin and Streep I'm sure will be great, but he's a supporting character.

Baldwin should have won an Oscar for Glengarry Glen Ross

You and I define good as two entirely different things.

David Mamet wrote that scene specifcally for Baldwin.

It was not in the original play.

Still, worth the price of admission.

No, I think we have the same basic taste, I just didn't think Bowfinger was his last good film. Loved the Spanish Prisoner though. Mamet is a genius

Now I would watch the Oscars if Baldwin did it in his GGR character.

"First prize is an Oscar. Second prize is a set of steak knives. Third prize is YOU'RE FIRED!"

"You know what you need to win an Oscar? ... Brass balls."

    "Gift baskets are for closers!"

This right here earns you a lot of give in my book. LOVED that book, loved the original movie more. Refused to watch Martin's version, and I like Martin a lot.
