Folks who play tennis in Riverside Park along the Hudson River on Manhattan's Upper West Side want to build a bathroom.

Among other problems, there's no nearby sewage line, so they want to build a "green" bathroom"

So, what's it cost to build a green public bathroom in Manhattan?

Well, lets start with a $40,000 for a feasibility study. Then $600,000 to design it, and then $5.5 million to build it.

It's amazing anything ever gets built in this country anymore.

    Run the water/sewer line.

You don't fuck with sewage next to a large body of water.

And after reading the word "clay" the discussion for a drainage field should end.
