Team cuts your kid? Sue 'em

    Really nothing to tell. Parent upset that a kid's name was omitted during a track meet. The kid placed fourth, we took the top three. Dad was a well to do blowhard and mentioned what he may do. Nothing happened.

    They could always come play football at my school---We Do Not Cut. Granted soccer is a bigger deal here and they get twice as many kids as we do for tryouts, but we don't cut. There are no promises about playing time, but at least you can make the team.

    How about we sue if their kid doesn't have an amazing, compelling life that we could write about and surely get that job offer from SI or the NY Times?
