Target is coming to Canuckistan! Should we celebrate?

We love Target, cool home decor stuff, and their Archer Farms brand has some awesome food products.
JR, you should do a day trip to Buffalo and check one out.
I think WNY is over the Jr. Hockey tourney, lol.

 

It's funny because I was thinking last night that maybe we should head off to Buffalo in the spring for a Bisons game. And then I thought, there are probably enough people in the GTA and WNY that we could make it a sj. get-together. We could book rooms at the Adams Mark!

 

I'd be all over that. Pilot Field here we come!

Either way, it's been a while since it was Pilot Field.

 

For some of us, it'll always be Pilot Field.

 

I never go near a Wal-Mart.
I love Target for stuff like inexpensive (and not cheap grabage) towels, sheets, etc. Also great for sales on polos, tees, and jeans.

 

Do it on a Friday/Saturday and I'd be in, could make it a day trip. Maybe a Duff's appearance too?

 

Bisons are home on Fridays, May 6 and 27.
Snow should be gone by then.

 

Sunday doesn't work for you?

I'd prefer a Saturday. We could drive in early on Saturday morning, miss (hopefully) big line-ups at the border.

I don't know. Wife bought three $14 dresses at Wal-Mart and looks stunning in them.

I bought a half-dozen $7 Starter shirts to play tennis in for less than one such shirt at the local tennis store would cost.

Target is Wal-Mart with a better janitorial staff and a better color scheme.

 

Oh, I know. I remember what a big deal it was in Buffalo when it opened.

But, even Pilot Field was just a naming rights deal.

I just looked it up, and now it's Coca-Cola Field.
