Talk about one lucky kid

    Cougarguy and I were watching the live feed of this on MSNBC earlier this afternoon, a kid in Butler County, PA, who was trapped under a concrete slab after chasing down a soccer ball. Pretty amazing he's expected to go home from the hospital tonight.

    They let kids play soccer in western Pa? Sure, three and four year olds and such, but after that?

    According to CNN during the rescue, the concrete slab weighed 3800 pounds.

    I actually wasn't allowed by my parents after I was 5. Devastated at first, I quickly realized they did right by me.

    What the article didn't say is that the kid on the iceberg in the Mississippi River was later charged under the fugitive slave act.
