I got in 15,000 steps yesterday, and even ran around with the kids for a half-hour or so. Was as pain-free as I’ve been since first getting hurt.

I’m not ready to run 10 miles yet, but I’ll take it. I have close to full range of motion back, and just a little soreness, including my opposite knee with overcompensation issues.

    Groin injuries suck.

Glad to hear it feels better.

Still, baby it for a while. And easy stretch, easy stretch, easy stretch.

Another 6 days in the book: 415 minutes (265 cardio, 150 lifting), 3,731 cardio calories, 20.91 miles.

Last 14 weeks: 4,959 minutes, 105,643 cardio calories, 379.37 miles.

My groin was feeling progressively better, so I got back on the treadmill yesterday.

I lasted three minutes before I had to stop. I’m fine with low-impact stuff like the elliptical, which is good because it looks like I have at least another week or two before I can go full speed again.

I have been able to get a lot more lifting in, though, so it’s not all bad.

Use the groin/hip adductor/abductor machines. They are fantastic and stretch you out so much.

I’ll try. I might just have to bite the bullet and go to a doctor. :(

You might be fine, and I know I'm harping on it, but I'm telling you, you do not want this thing to go on you.

Suck it up, @MisterCreosote, you pussy.

Walked 2.5 miles of a 5K with my son on my shoulders.

I’ll count that as today’s workout.

I highly recommend the student teacher weight loss plan. Since April 9 I'm down 13 pounds to be down 52 pounds since Christmas. Being on my feet all day and not snacking at a desk has done wonders.

Dude. I’ve used this the past two days, with 55-70 pounds, and my leg hasn’t felt this good in weeks.

May try to get out and run again this weekend. I’m sick of the elliptical.
