Terrell Owens close to signing with the Allen Wranglers, an Indoor Football League team, for $250,000-$500,000, plus 50 percent of the team, according to the team's GM and owner.

Nice way to blow that amount of cash.

T.O.'s not bankrupting the team...the idiot owner is signing the deal and he is the one sinking the team.

How much do you want to bet the team is bankrupt before Owens can collect that salary?

He says he is broke in GQ, but now he is going to be co-owner of this team?

    Someone...please explain.

If the owner's offering up 50 percent as part of the deal, I'm guessin the franchise was likely headin toward bankruptcy anyways. Sounds like a last ditch desperation move to me.

Rick Berry thinks that part-ownership of a team sounds like a great incentive to play.

Fifty percent of what? A couple of dollars of petty cash and some worn-out uniforms?

I'm a 49ers fan from way back so I have to appreciate T.O. for The Catch II, but what is about all these diva wide receivers?

Poor T.O. is in hell and has no friends:

ESPN will air the Wranglers game on ESPN3 Saturday night.
    Yeah...I'm sick. I'll watch.

Three TD catches in debut, but won't play in road games unless the other team ponies up some cash.
