One of my favorite shows, too. :'(

Les is from our neighbourhood. He dropped by the Goose for a couple of pints last year.

Another good Mimico guy that includes Brendan Shannahan, David Bolland (Black Hawks) and Joey Votto (Cincinnati Reds)

Good for him. He had a good run. Can't imagine how tough that job is. Haven't watched the new episode yet, but I always enjoy it.

    That sucks.

    Love his show.

At least we have this last season to look forward to.

I hope he lives out the rest of his days in a five-star resort.

  8. Caught a new episode Friday.. He was in the Sierra Nevadas.
It was OK. I think he can only do his schtick in so many locals. They are running out of ideas. Next week, he returns to one of his former sites, in the US and takes two horses.

    He's still the man though.

I'll watch his shows over and over again. I'm not one to watch repeats, but I find I pick up new things every time I watch it.

I find his show generally more entertaining (and more impressive in difficulty) than Bear's, though the hand-held camera work is sometimes annoying.

It was definitely a show I stopped and watched whenever I saw it was on, just like I did earlier today.

That's too bad. I really do like this show. Oh well, Bear will do.

That sucks. I love his show. And what I've seen of that Bear show is like Survivorman's retarded little brother. I can't watch it.
