Survivor Winnipeg would be more fun in the summer. The mosquitos are the size of small birds.

Survivor: Windsor.... if the strippers and hookers don't get you, the casino will..

For the final challenge, the contestants have to wear a London Knights jersey - and cheer very, very loudly for them - to a game at the Barn. Last one with all four limbs intact wins.

Actually, and I hate to say this, and I know it opens me up to all kinds of mockery, but after they did that race-tribe thing, which lasted all of two challenges, last season was one of the best survivors of all time.

I'll be there Monday after the Tigers home opener. A little of me sort of hopes the strippers get me. Some of the finest gentlemens clubs in country. And, I'll be betting on the NCAA championship at the casino, too.

Is there a sports book at Windsor Casino now?

No, the final challenge should be a trip to Detroit, to see how many people could survive in SWDT for three hours after dark.

There indeed is Huggy. It's basically the Ontario government's "Pro-Line" and "Sports Select" crap...meaning you MUST BET a minimum of two games. It used to be three, so this is better. Plus, they have all the sports packages, so all the games are on TV. It's decent.

I look at it as a night out. They have great food, reasonably priced beer and hot waitresses. I can watch the two games I bet. I go about six times a year at most. But it's been tradition to hit the Casino after Opening Day every year.
