Everyone's favourite klutzy superhero - he of the genuine Saskatchewan seal-skin bindings - is releasing a DVD of his best stunts and is planning a return to TV.

Super Dave's Super Stunts Spectacular, Vol. 1 DVD hits the market tomorrow. The 140-minute collection includes the infamous CN Tower debacle, in which Super Dave is accidentally knocked off the top of the Toronto landmark.

No word on whether Mike Walden or Fuji Hakayito will be accompanying the Super one on his return to glory. :D

I grew up watching him. Not so sure he's going to sell more than 24 copies.

But I do like him much on Curb Your Enthusiasm.

Isn't he Albert Brooks' brother in real life?

I was just going to say that.

He was great in Albert's 1980 movie 'Modern Romance' as the pushy sporting-goods salesman who guilts Brooks' character into spending about $300 on running gear.

Funny, Dorf popped in my mind as I was reading the top post. Both were good for thier time, but neither will work in 2008.

What's not funny by an idiot botching stunts and nearly dying every week? He's the human counterpart of Wile E. Coyote.

Isn't his real last name Einstein?

Yes, that makes Albert Brooks — yep.

And supposedly Albert once asked his father "Why'd you name me after him?"

    His dad replied "After who?"
