    Gutter,

I've had this dip before - bigpern's recipe is flawless - and I'd recommend the blue cheese. It mellows the dip out, thickens it up. You won't taste the ranch much if you had it in there.

I'm the judge for the Super Duper Super Bowl Chili Cookoff, a very exclusive, invitation-only event at Manse Young Harris in Blacksburg, VA. There are four entries, including one made with venison and another made with four different meats. I'm taking my responsibilities very seriously. I plan to face plant each of the four and render a fair decision.
The smell is overpowering. Daughter-in-law to be is making some kind of dip that figures to be amazing. I lost count of the varieties of beer in the fridge.
Judging assistant is my granddog Dynamite, who assured her Grampy she was up to the task.

I'm making wings, but I'll probably do a spicy honey garlic teriyaki sauce for them.

A friend gave me a Chipotle Chicken sandwich recipe I'd like to make but I forgot to pick up chipotle when I was grocery shopping the other day.

I think I'll go to the store and buy some Tostitos. I'll make it my day.

    Alma's Indian lineup sounds best.

My buffalo chicken dip is a little bit easier.

1 can of chicken (find it in the tuna aisle)
    1/2 cup of ranch dressing
    1/4 cup of Buffalo sauce
    8 oz. of cream cheese

Mix it all together and serve with Ritz. Add more buffalo sauce if you like it spicer
You can substitute blue cheese for ranch.

    KFC.

    Fries. With gravy.

And on the healthy side, coleslaw & potato salad.

Mrs. MMSW made some guacamole with homemade tortilla chips.

Then came buffalo wings. More on the medium side because Baby MMSW doesn't like things too spicy.

Next are the sliders, made with beef from a local cow and English farmhouse cheddar cheese on top.

    Homemade brownies for dessert.

    Mrs. MMSW loves me.

Cream cheese would make dog doo taste good.

Simple mix is 1/2 CC, 1/2 picante sauce.

But the buff chicken dip sounds damn good as I rake the last of the cheese and chicken queso my wife mistakenly tossed too much water into.

Do you have enough antacid to cure what could ail the party? :D

And to answer bigpern's thread question: Leftovers :-\

Habanero hot wings. I am going to be feeling those for a few days now.
